Dr. Prakash M S
M S, MBBS, DCH, MD
A renowned pediatrician with more than five decades of experience, Dr. Prakash forms the core of our advisory committee. An alumnus of Mysuru University, Dr. Prakash has most of his schooling and further education in Mysuru, the heritage city of Karnataka. He also holds the lifetime membership in the below associations:
- IMA (Indian Medical Association) Academy of Specialities, New Delhi.
- Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Mumbai and Karnataka.
- Bengaluru Paediatrics Association.
- These apart he is an Advisor in Oxford Medical College, Bengaluru as well Sridevi Institute of Medical Science.
- He is a trustee of R V Educational Institution, Bengaluru and Chairman of R V Dental College, Bengaluru.
Dr. K N Subramanya is the Principal as well Professor in R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru. With more than 2 decades of teaching experience and having accomplished four researches he is a prominent personality on-board on our institution. His interest also lies in Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, e-Enterprise Modelling, Simulation Modelling and Analysis, Quality Management, Information System Design, Decision Sciences, Applied Ergonomics, Systems Engineering, Strategic Management. He has been also conferred with multiple awards, few listed below:
- S R Gollapudi Award 2013 for contributing substantially to the spread of Industrial Engineering Profession and the Institutional activities awarded by Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering on 25th October 2013 during 55th National Convention of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering and International Conference on “Managing Supply Chain for Global Competitiveness” at Nagpur.
- Citation Award from Vision Group on Science and Technology under K-FIST Level II, Govt. of Karnataka, for establishing Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory for Post Graduate Courses and Research from Hon. Chief Minister of Karnataka and Bharat Ratna Prof. C N R Rao on 16th June 2014.
- Cognizant award for Best Researcher from ISTE – RVCE Chapter during Teacher’s day celebration on 30th September 2014.
- Performance Excellence Award by Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE) in acknowledgement of outstanding contribution for the growth of technical education and remarkable commitment to society during 20th IIIE CEOs conference held at Nagpur, 24th – 26th June 2016.
