Sports and Physical Education

We acknowledge the significance of fitness and physical exercise in children’s overall development. We recognize as educators that it is more than just winning or competing; it is about nourishing their physical and emotional well-being. Participating in physical activities boosts not just their self-esteem but also their bodily confidence. Body confidence is developed when youngsters participate in various sports and effectively perform moves such as jumping, running, falling and getting back up to get back up to the game again.

We encourage outdoor activities since they provide several advantages. Sunlight exposure on a daily basis is required for Vitamin D absorption. Because children spend the majority of their days at school, it is our obligation to provide opportunities for them to spend time outside, soaking in the sun.

Indoor sports are very important for child development. These exercises are designed to improve social skills, patience, and cognitive abilities. Chess, for example, boosts cognitive capacities, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Table tennis improves quick movement and reflexes, but carrom improves geometric comprehension, angles, and inclines.
